Two ceramicists, one studio in Barceloneta
We are Lau and Vick. We make every piece by hand, one at a time, in high-fire stoneware, in our studio. We work to order for kitchens that care about plating: chef-led restaurants and bistros that want their tableware to speak of their identity.

Your sizes, your colours
Any piece can be made in your own sizes and any shape in your own colours. We start from your menu and your dining room: you tell us about the dish, the pass and the space, and we suggest shapes, sizes and glazes.
It is a dedicated project, with its own schedule and its own quote. If you want to see and handle the pieces, visit the studio by appointment.
Buy or rent
You get a fixed price in the quote, based on shapes, quantities and colours.

The pieces are yours, in the quantity you need.

Rent
Designed for seasonal menus: change the tableware when you change the menu.
- Periods of 4, 6 or 12 months. The longer the period, the lower the price per piece.
- Deposit of one month's fee, returned at the end.
- Breakages included up to 5% of the pieces.
- Barcelona area only, with delivery and collection included.

They are designed for fine dining and bistros. They handle daily service, but not hard knocks: these are not battle plates.

Not a restaurant? We also make custom pieces for individuals: tableware for your home, a set of bowls, a wedding gift or a piece in the colour you have in mind.

How we work
Contact
You write to us with the type of cuisine, the pieces and approximate quantities.
Visit or proposal
You visit the studio to see shapes and glazes, or we send you photos and a proposal.
Quote
Fixed, with shapes, sizes, colours and delivery date.
Production
We make the pieces by hand. Lead time is a few weeks, depending on quantity and colours.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. We make anything from a single piece for your home to full series for a restaurant.
How long does it take?
A few weeks, depending on quantity, shapes and colours. The quote includes a specific date.
Are they dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, both. Not oven safe. They are safe for food contact.
Can you make a size or colour that is not in the catalogue?
Yes. The catalogue sizes are those of our pieces; other sizes and colours are made to order and quoted separately.
Are all pieces identical?
Each piece is made by hand, so there are small differences in tone and shape from one to the next. Within a series we keep sizes and glaze consistent.
How does renting work?
You rent the pieces for 4, 6 or 12 months, with a deposit of one month's fee that is returned at the end. It is available in the Barcelona area only, and delivery and collection are included.
What if a rented piece breaks?
Breakages are included up to 5% of the pieces. Beyond that, each broken piece is charged at the purchase price.
Do you ship outside Barcelona?
Yes, we ship across Europe. Renting, however, is only available in the Barcelona area.
Can I visit the studio?
Yes, by appointment. We are at Carrer de l'Atlàntida, 47, in Barceloneta.
